Frequently Asked Questions

How long do dried papayas keep?

In sealed packaging, they usually keep for several months. Once opened, they should be stored in a dry, cool, and airtight container and consumed within 2 weeks for best flavor.

Why do the shape and size of the pieces vary?

Since we use a natural product, shape and size may vary slightly. These differences are normal and a sign of unprocessed, real fruit.

Can I use the papayas for cooking or baking?

Absolutely. They are ideal for bowls, curries, chutneys, muesli, bars, smoothies or baking recipes.

How many fresh papayas are in 100g of dried papayas?

Since water is removed during drying, 100 g of dried papayas is equivalent to approximately 350–400 g of fresh papayas.

Can I return my order?

We only accept returns of products in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, within 14 days of receipt (the date of receipt at our facility is decisive). For hygienic and food safety reasons, returns of opened or partially used food products (dried fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.) are unfortunately not possible.
